Internalisasi nilai-nilai pendidikan akhlakul karimah merupakan proses penanaman nilai-nilai pendidikan akhlakul karimah kepada diri pribadi seseorang. Nilai-nilai pendidikan akhlak yang baik akan menandakan bahwa seseorang itu baik. Dalam penanaman nilai-nilai pendidikan akhlak bisa dibentuk dengan beberapa program yang ada di pondok pesantren Darussalam Bangunsari Ponorogo salah satunya ngaji weton dan merupakan cara yang baik untuk menginternalisasikan nilai-nilai pendidikan akhlakul karimah kepada santri.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang strategi, pelaksanaan, dan hasil internalisasi nilai-nilai pendidikan akhlakul karimah kepada santri melalui program ngaji weton di pondok pesantren Darussalam Bangunsari Ponorogo.
Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan lapangan ( Field Research ). Penelitian ini dilakukan di pondok pesantren Darussalam Bangunsari Ponorogo dengan menggumpulkan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data yang sudah diperoleh kemudian disusun secara sistematis sesuai dengan tekhnik analisis data kualitatif.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Strategi internalisasi nilai-nilai pendidikan akhlak di pondok pesantren Darussalam Bangunsari Ponorogo dilakukan melalui 3 tahap (a) Tahap transformasi nilai yaitu menyampaikan ilmu nilai-nilai pendidikan akhlakul karimah kepada santri yang ada pada kitab Ihya’ Ulumuddin melalui lisan yang dilakukan dengan cara memberi masukan, nasihat, ceramah. (b) Tahap transaksi nilai yaitu ustadz memberikan tempat kepada santri untuk bertanya terkait ilmu yang belum difahami selama proses ngaji weton terutama tentang ilmu nilai-nilai pendidikan akhlakul karimah. (c) Tahap trans-internalisasi nilai yaitu ustadz, pengasuh, pengurus pondok, dan santri senior memberikan contoh perilaku baik beliau dalam sehari-hari agar dilihat dan dipraktikkan oleh santri dan bisa menerapkannya dalam kesehariannya. (2) Pelaksanaan internalisasi nilai-nilai pendidikan akhlakul karimah di pondok pesantren Darussalam Bangunsari Ponorogo melalui program ngaji weton yang digunakan oleh kedua ustadz dengan menyampaikan apa yang ada di dalam isi kitab tersebut disamping itu beliau-beliau juga mengikuti cara yang telah diajarkan oleh guru-guru beliau kepada kedua ustadz tersebut agar mempunyai sanad yang jelas. (3) Hasil internalisasi nilai-nilai pendidikan akhlakul karimah di pondok pesantren Darussalam Bangunsari sudah baik terbukti santri dapat menerapkan 3 aspek akhlak yaitu akhlak kepada Allah SWT seperti santri menjadi istiqomah dalam mengikuti sholat jamaah, akhlak kepada sesama manusia seperti hormat dan sopan santun kepada guru, dan akhlak terhadap diri sendiri seperti selalu menjaga kebersihan dan patuh terhadap aturan pondok.

Internalization of moral education values is the process of instilling moral education values in a person. Good moral education values will indicate that a person is good. Instilling moral education values can be formed with several programs at the Darussalam Bangunsari Ponorogo Islamic Boarding School, one of which is ngaji weton and is a good way to internalize moral education values to students.
This study aims to find out about the strategy, implementation, and results of internalization of moral education values to students through the ngaji weton program at the Darussalam Bangunsari Ponorogo Islamic Boarding School.
In this study, the method used is a qualitative research method with a field approach (Field Research). This research was conducted at the Darussalam Bangunsari Ponorogo Islamic Boarding School by collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data that has been obtained is then arranged systematically according to qualitative data analysis techniques.
The results of this study indicate that (1) The strategy for internalizing the values of moral education at the Darussalam Bangunsari Ponorogo Islamic Boarding School is carried out through 3 stages (a) The value transformation stage, namely conveying the knowledge of the values of moral education to students in the Ihya' Ulumuddin book orally which is done by giving input, advice, and lectures. (b) The value transaction stage, namely the ustadz provides a place for students to ask questions related to knowledge that has not been understood during the ngaji weton process, especially about the knowledge of the values of moral education. (c) The trans-internalization stage of values, namely the ustadz, caretakers, administrators of the boarding school, and senior students provide examples of their good behavior in everyday life so that students can see and practice it and can apply it in their daily lives. (2) The implementation of internalization of the values of noble moral education at the Darussalam Bangunsari Ponorogo Islamic Boarding School through the ngaji weton program used by the two ustadz by conveying what is in the contents of the book, besides that they also follow the method that has been taught by their teachers to the two ustadz in order to have a clear sanad. (3) The results of the internalization of the values of noble moral education at the Darussalam Bangunsari Islamic Boarding School have been good, proven by the students being able to apply 3 aspects of morality, namely morality towards Allah SWT such as students being consistent in following congregational prayers, morality towards fellow human beings such as respect and politeness towards teachers, and morality towards oneself such as always maintaining cleanliness and obeying the rules of the boarding school.
