Penggunaan model pembelajaran yang tepat dapat memberikan dampak yang baik bagi peserta didik, salah satunya dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament. Namun pada kenyataannya kegiatan pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan di MIN 7 Ponorogo belum terlaksana secara maksimal hal tersebut terjadi karena masih adanya beberapa tingkah laku siswa yang menyimpang seperti siswa tidak mau duduk dengan tenang ketika pembelajaran berlangsung, ketika guru bertanya siswa hanya diam saja, ketika guru sedang menjelaskan materi siswa tidak bisa konsentrasi dikarenakan diganggu oleh temannya sehingga berpengaruh terhadap kecerdasan interpersonal.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis (1) Keterlaksanaan model pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament berbantu papan tempel pada siswa kelas IV di MIN 7 Ponorogo & (2) Komparasi model pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament berbantu papan tempel pada siswa kelas IV di MIN 7 Ponorogo.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, populasi penelitiannya seluruh peserta didik kelas IV MIN 7 Ponorogo yang berjumlah 44 peserta didik, yang terbagi menjadi dua kelas yaitu kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian quasi eksperimen dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh teknik yang menggunakan semua anggota populasinya menjadi sampel, karena populasi setiap kelasnya sekitar 44 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi yang dijadikan pre-test dan post-test. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji T jenis Independent sample t-test.
Berdasarkan analisis data ditemukan bahwa (1) Keterlaksanaan model pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament dikategorikan sangat baik dengan persentase sebesar 85%. Begitupun perolehan persentase aktivitas guru menggunakan model pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament mencapai 90% dengan kategori sangat baik, (2) Komparasi model pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament berbantu papan tempel terhadap kecerdasan interpersonal meningkat dengan hasil yang signifikan. Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis ini diperoleh hasil 9,408 hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh antara kelas yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament dengan kelas yang tidak menggunakan model pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament.

The use of the right learning model can have a good impact on students, one of which is by implementing the Teams Games Tournament learning model. But in fact, the learning activities carried out at MIN 7 Ponorogo have not been carried out optimally, this happens because there are still some deviant student behaviors such as students do not want to sit quietly when learning takes place, when the teacher asks students just stay silent, when the teacher is explaining the material, students cannot concentrate because they are disturbed by their friends, thus affecting interpersonal intelligence.
This study aims to analyze (1) the implementation of the pasteboard-assisted Teams Games Tournament learning model for grade IV students at MIN 7 Ponorogo & (2) Comparison of the pasteboard-assisted Teams Games Tournament learning model for grade IV students at MIN 7 Ponorogo.
This study used a quantitative approach, the research population was all students of grade IV MIN 7 Ponorogo totaling 44 students, which were divided into two classes, namely experimental class and control class. This study uses a quasi-experimental type of research and sampling using saturated sampling techniques that use all members of its population to be sampled, Because the population of each class is about 44 people. Data collection techniques use observation sheets that are used as pretest and posttest. The data analysis technique in this study used the Independent sample t-test type T test.
Based on data analysis, it was found that (1) The implementation of the Teams Games Tournament learning model is categorized as very good with a percentage of 85%. Likewise, the percentage of teacher activities using the Teams Games Tournament learning model reached 90% with a very good category, (2) The comparison of the pasteboard-assisted Teams Games Tournament learning model to interpersonal intelligence improved with significant results. Based on testing this hypothesis, a result of 9,408 was obtained, this shows that there is an influence between classes that use the Teams Games Tournament learning model and classes that do not use the Teams Games Tournament learning model.
