The phenomenon of the community's tendency to be more oriented towards school institutions, and a pessimistic view of madrasa education produces the image that madrasas are second-class educational institutions. This phenomenon should encourage madrasas to make socialization efforts and strive to continuously improve their quality, so that they have high competitiveness and are trusted by the community. To realize excellent educational services and satisfy students, a marketing strategy for madrasa services is needed, especially the marketing mix. MTs Ma'arif Munggung has implemented a marketing mix strategy, namely product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, and process. However, in the new normal era during the COVID-19 pandemic, where there are all kinds of restrictions and regulations in the implementation of education, including the implementation of the seven aspects of the mix strategy, how should MTs Ma'arif Munggung be prepared with the challenge of improving the quality of service quality, which of course must be able to produce services. education that remains excellent and still gets the trust of its customers.
The purpose of this study was to identify and explain the marketing mix strategy for the new normal era of educational services at MTs Ma'arif Munggung. Then, explain how the steps for implementing the marketing mix strategy for educational services in the new normal era are at MTs Ma'arif Munggu. As well as, analyzing the impact of implementing the marketing mix strategy for educational services at MTs Ma'arif Munggu on the marketing of educational services in the new normal era.
In this study, the approach used is qualitative. collection through observation, interviews and documentation. The validity of the data is measured by the persistence of observation, triangulation, and checking. Data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.
The results showed that: The implementation of the marketing mix strategy for Education services at MTs Ma'arif Munggung was based on 7 (seven) components, namely product, price, place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence. The steps taken by MTs Ma'arif Munggung are to identify market segments, provide product differentiation, proactive marketing communications and provide maximum service. The impact obtained by MTs Ma'arif Munggung is a positive image or image in the institution and the increase in students every year.
