Abstract
ABSTRAK
Di tengah merebaknya kasus pernikahan dini, tak dipungkiri dukungan sosial menjadi aspek yang melekat pada fenomena ini. Keberadaan dukungan sosial menjadikan para pemohon dispensasi nikah dapat memahami dan merekonstruksi dukungan sosial yang diperoleh dari sumber dukungan. Dalam konteks positif dukungan sosial sangat penting untuk membentuk nilai luhur di masyarakat. Akan tetapi, pada konteks pernikahan dini dukungan sosial dapat menjadi alasan kuat seorang remaja berani mengambil tindakan tersebut, walaupun terdapat pergolakan batin hebat pada dirinya. Pergolakan batin ini seringkali tercermin dari perilaku pelaku pernikahan dini saat melakukan pendaftaran dispensasi nikah (tahap awal pernikahan di bawah umur).
Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan dalam menyusun tesis ini adalah penelitian lapangan, dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan sampel 7 orang. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori tentang dukungan sosial dan konstruksi sosial. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah:1) Dukungan sosial yang diterima para pemohon dalam bentuk dukungan emosional dan penghargaan berasal dari para keluarga, tetangga dan perangkat desa, dukungan instrumental berupa pemberian fasilitas yang dibutuhkan atau dalam bentuk materi, dukungan informatif berbentuk nasihat, petunjuk serta saran mengenai dispensasi nikah dan hal-hal terkait yang berasal dari perangkat desa (modin), 2) Proses dalam merekonstruksi makna dukungan sosial dimulai dari proses eksternalisasi yang terjadi ketika para pemohon mengetahui sidang dispensasi nikah di Pengadilan Agama, objektivasi ketika pemohon dispensasi nikah memikirkan dan mempertimbangkan pendaftaran dispensasi nikah, serta internalisasi terjadi ketika pemohon dispensasi nikah akhirnya memutuskan untuk mendaftar dispensasi nikah.
ABSTRAK
In the midst of the outbreak of cases of early marriage, it is undeniable that social support is an inherent aspect of this phenomenon. The existence of social support makes the applicants for marriage dispensation able to understand and reconstruct the social support obtained from the source of support. In a positive context, social support is very important to form noble values in society. However, in the context of early marriage, social support can be a strong reason for a teenager to dare to take this action, even though there is a great inner turmoil in him. This inner turmoil is often reflected in the behavior of perpetrators of early marriage when registering for marriage dispensation (early stage of underage marriage).
The type of research conducted is field research, using a descriptive qualitative approach using a sample of 7 people. The theory used is the theory of social support and social construction. The results of this study are: 1) Social support received by the applicants in the form of emotional support and appreciation from families, neighbors and village government, instrumental support in the form of providing the facilities needed or in the form of materials, informative support in the form of advice, instructions and suggestions regarding the marriage dispensation and related matters originating from the village government (modin), 2) The process in reconstructing the meaning of social support starts from the externalization process that occurs when the applicants know about the marriage dispensation trial at the Religious Court, objectivation when the marriage dispensation applicant thinks and considers marriage dispensation registration, and internalization occur when the marriage dispensation applicant finally decides to register the marriage dispensation.
