Abstract
ABSTRACT
This research aims is to analyzes and explains the effect of Good Corporate Governance that consisting of institutional share ownership, the proportion of independent commissioners, the total of boards of directors, Islamic Income Ratio, Profit Sharing Ratio on financial performance calculated by Return On Assets. This research uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques used is secondary data from the annual report of Islamic Banks in Indonesia during the 2013-2019 period that has been published. While the method used in analyzing data is the multiple linear regression method. Based on this study, it can be concluded that: There is no significant effect of institutional share ownership on Return On Assets in Islamic banking in Indonesia, There is no significant effect on the proportion of independent commissioners on Return on Assets in Islamic banking in Indonesia, There is a negative influence between the total of board of directors on Return On Assets in Islamic banking in Indonesia, There is no significant effect of Islamic Income Ratio on Return On Assets in Islamic banking in Indonesia, There is a significant effect on Profit Sharing Ratio on Return On Asset in Islamic banking in Indonesia, There is a significant influence between institutional share ownership, the proportion of independent commissioners, the total of boards of directors, Islamic Income Ratio, and Profit-Sharing Ratio simultaneously on Return On Assets in Islamic banking of Indonesia.
