ABSTRAK
Berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 20 tahun 2003 tentangSistem Pendidikan Nasionaldan Permendiknas Nomor 13 tahun 2007 tentang Standar Kepala Madrasah. Artinya, kepala madrasah dituntut dengan kompetensi untuk mengelola dan mengoptimalkan ketiga kecerdasannya untuk mewujudkan tujuan pendidikan dengan pengembangan mutu inovasi pendidikan di madrasah yang dipimpinnya secara efektif. Makauntuk dapat mengembangkan mutu inovasi pendidikan dibutuhkan kepala madrasah yang menunjukkan kecerdasan intelektual, emosional dan spiritual. Kecerdasan emosional merupakan persyaratan dasar untuk menggunakan kecerdasan intelektual secara efektif, dan kecerdasan spiritual adalah landasan yang diperlukan untuk memfungsikan kecerdasan intelektual dan kecerdasan emosional secara efektif. Untuk itu leadership intelligence penting dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan proses pengumpulan dan analis data, Penulismenghasilkan: (1). Intelligence quotient kepala madrasah MTsN 1 Ponorogo dalam pengembangan mutu inovasi pendidikan terdiri dari tiga bagian kemampuan mental. Pertama, proses berpikir, kedua mengatasi masalah baru, dan ketiga, penyesuaian terhadap konteks menyeleksi dan beradaptasi dengan miliu madrasah. (2). Emotional quotient kepala madrasah MTsN 1 Ponorogo dalam pengembangan mutu inovasi pendidikan, dilakukan dengan didasarkan pada potensi yang dimiliki untuk mempelajari keterampilan-keterampilan praktis yang didasarkan pada empat unsur yaitu (a) kesadaran diri, (b) pengelolaan diri, (c) kesadaran sosial, (d) pengelolaan relasi.(3)Spiritual quotient kepala madrasah MTsN 1 Ponorogodalam pengembangan mutu inovasi pendidikan, dilakukan dengan memaksimalkan kualitas nilai-nilai spiritual yang dimilikinya. Lewat nilai-nilai spiritual yang dimilikinya diaktualisasikannya kedalam program kegiatan madrasah. Dan dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual, kepala madrasah melakukannya dengan mencontoh sifat wajib rasulullah sebagai pemimpin, menjaga diri menjadi pribadi yang baik, dan syukur dalam segala nikmat Allah.
LEADERSHIP INTELLIGENCE OF PRINCIPAL IN QUALITY DEVELOPMENT OF EDUCATIONAL INNOVATION
(CASE STUDY IN MTsN1 PONOROGO).
ABSTRACT
Based on Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System and Ministry of Education Regulation Number 13 of 2007 concerning principal Standards. That is, the principal is demanded with competence to manage and optimize their three intelligences to realize the goals of education by developing the quality of educational innovations in the madrasah that they lead effectively. So to be able to develop the quality of educational innovation requires a principal who shows intellectual, emotional and spiritual intelligence. Emotional intelligence is a basic requirement for using intellectual intelligence effectively, and spiritual intelligence is the foundation needed to function intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence effectively. For this reason, leadership intelligence is important to be discussed in this research. Based on the process of data collection and analysis, the author produces. Based on the process of data collection and analysis, researcher produce: (1) The intelligence quotient of the Madrasah MTsN 1 Ponorogo in developing the quality of educational innovation consists of three parts of mental abilities. First, the thought process, secondly, overcome new problems, and third, adjusting to the context of selecting and adapting to militaries of the madrasa. (2) Emotional quotient of MTsN 1 Ponorogo principal in developing the quality of educational innovation, carried out based on the potential possessed to learn practical skills based on four elements namely (a) self-awareness, (b) self-management, (c) social awareness, (d) management of relations. (3) Spiritual quotient of MTsN 1 Ponorogo principal in developing the quality of educational innovation, is done by maximizing the quality of its spiritual values. Through the spiritual values that he has actualized into the madrasa program activities. And in increasing spiritual intelligence, the madrasa head does it by imitating the obligatory nature of the messenger as a leader, keeping oneself a good person, and gratitude in all the blessings of Allah.
