Setiap mata pelajaran agama di sekolah dalam kurikulum 2013 selama pandemi COVID-19 sangat berat karena pembelajaran untuk setiap materi pelajaran dipaksa untuk mencapai empat indikator kompetensi (sikap spiritual, sikap sosial, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan). Kondisi ini menjadi salah satu latar belakang penerapan kurikulum prototipe 2022 mulai tahun ajaran 2022-2023. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis perbedaan materi pelajaran agama dalam kurikulum 2013 dan kurikulum prototipe 2022. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian perpustakaan dengan sumber data utama "kebijakan kurikulum 2013" dan "kebijakan kurikulum prototipe 2022". Dengan menggunakan analisis isi, ditemukan bahwa pokok bahasan materi al-qur’an hadist dalam kurikulum 2013 dirumuskan berdasarkan kompetensi dasar berdasarkan tiga kelas. Sedangkan materi kredo dalam kurikulum merdeka 2022 dirumuskan berdasarkan capaian pembelajaran berdasarkan enam tahap. Berdasarkan perbedaan tersebut, pokok bahasan kurikulum merdeka 2022 menekankan pencapaian materi esensial di setiap fase. Dengan demikian, kurikulum merdeka 2022 dapat memulihkan permasalahan beban masing-masing.
Tujuan Penelitian adalah mengetahui analisis materi pokok Al-Qur’an hadist pada Kurikulum Merdeka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) menganalisis materi pokok mata pelajaran Al-Qur'an dan Hadis pada Kurikulum Merdeka 2013 dan kurikulum merdeka 2022. 2) Analisis perbedaan kurikulum 2013 dan kurikulum merdeka 2022. Kurikulum Merdeka merupakan salah satu inovasi terbaru dalam sistem pendidikan di Indonesia yang memberikan kebebasan bagi sekolah untuk lebih mengembangkan materi ajar sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta didik. Dalam kajian ini, dilakukan perbandingan antara materi pokok Al-Qur'an dan Hadis pada Kurikulum Merdeka dengan kurikulum sebelumnya, yaitu Kurikulum 2013. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dengan pendekatan deskriptif-analitis. Data dikumpulkan dari jurnal dan buku teks, dan sumber referensi lain yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kurikulum Merdeka 2022 memberikan penekanan lebih pada pengembangan kompetensi literasi Al-Qur'an dan Hadis, serta pemahaman kontekstual dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.. Perubahan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap nilai-nilai Al-Qur'an dan Hadis dalam konteks yang lebih relevan dengan tantangan zaman.
Berdasarkan analisis perbandingan materi pokok Al-Qur'an dan Hadis pada Kurikulum 2013 dan Kurikulum Merdeka 2022, terdapat beberapa perbedaan signifikan. Kurikulum Merdeka 2022 lebih menekankan pada pengembangan kompetensi pemahaman dan penerapan nilai-nilai Al-Qur'an dan Hadis dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, sementara Kurikulum 2013 cenderung memberikan penekanan pada hafalan dan pengetahuan faktual. Kurikulum Merdeka juga mengurangi beban materi hafalan dan meningkatkan ruang bagi analisis kritis dan kontekstualisasi ajaran agama. Dengan perubahan ini, diharapkan siswa dapat memiliki pemahaman yang lebih aplikatif dan relevan terhadap Al-Qur'an dan Hadis, sesuai dengan tantangan dan kebutuhan masa kini.

The religious subjects in schools under the 2013 Curriculum during the COVID-19 pandemic were particularly challenging due to the demand for each subject to meet four competency indicators (spiritual attitude, social attitude, knowledge, and skills). This situation served as one of the driving factors for the implementation of the 2022 Prototype Curriculum starting in the 2022-2023 academic year. This study aims to identify and analyze the differences in religious education materials within the 2013 Curriculum and the 2022 Prototype Curriculum. This research is a library study, with the primary data sources being the "2013 Curriculum policy" and the "2022 Prototype Curriculum policy." By employing content analysis, the study found that the core materials of Al-Qur'an and Hadith in the 2013 Curriculum were formulated based on basic competencies divided into three class levels, while in the 2022 Merdeka Curriculum, the materials were formulated based on six learning achievement stages. As a result, the Merdeka Curriculum 2022 helps address the burden of material in each subject
The objectives of this study are to analyze the core materials of Al-Qur'an and Hadith in the Merdeka Curriculum. This research aims to: 1) analyze the core materials of Al-Qur'an and Hadith subjects in the 2013 Curriculum and the Merdeka Curriculum 2022; and 2) analyze the differences between the 2013 Curriculum and the Merdeka Curriculum 2022. The Merdeka Curriculum represents one of the latest innovations in Indonesia’s education system, offering schools greater flexibility in developing learning materials that cater to students' needs. In this study, a comparison is made between the core materials of Al-Qur'an and Hadith in the Merdeka Curriculum and the previous 2013 Curriculum. The research method used is library research with a descriptive-analytical approach. Data were collected from journals, textbooks, and other relevant references. The findings of the study indicate that the Merdeka Curriculum 2022 places more emphasis on developing literacy competencies in Al-Qur'an and Hadith and contextual understanding in daily life. Additionally, there is a reduction in memorization-based material and an increase in content that encourages critical analysis and a deeper understanding of religious teachings. These changes are expected to enhance students' understanding of the values of Al-Qur'an and Hadith in a more applicable and relevant context for the challenges of the current era.
Based on the comparative analysis of the core materials of Al-Qur'an and Hadith in the 2013 Curriculum and the Merdeka Curriculum 2022, several significant differences were identified. The Merdeka Curriculum 2022 places greater emphasis on developing competencies related to understanding and applying the values of Al-Qur'an and Hadith in everyday life, whereas the 2013 Curriculum focuses more on memorization and factual knowledge. The Merdeka Curriculum also reduces the burden of memorization and provides more space for critical analysis and contextualization of religious teachings. in line with contemporary challenges and needs.
