Transformational Leadership of Madrasah Heads in Improving the Implementation of P5 at Integrated MI Nurul Amal Parang, Postgraduate Islamic Education Management Study Program, State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Ponorogo. Nurul Amal Parang who implemented the Project for Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students (P5) well and optimally. Where the Madrasah Principal is able to coordinate, direct and influence the school community to achieve the six dimensions of the Pancasila student profile, namely faith in God Almighty, global diversity, mutual cooperation, independence, critical reasoning and creativity.
This research aims to describe and analyze: 1) the idealism of the Madrasah Head's transformational leadership in improving implementation (P5) at MI Integrated Nurul Amal Parang; 2) Inspirational motivation for the transformational leadership of the Madrasah Head in improving implementation (P5) at MI Integrated Nurul Amal Parang; and 3) Intellectual stimulation of the Madrasah Head's transformational leadership in improving the implementation of P5 at MI Integrated Nurul Amal Parang.
This research uses a qualitative research approach. The data collection techniques used in this research are interviews, observation and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis uses the theory of Miles Huberman and Saldana, namely data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.
Based on the findings regarding the transformational leadership of madrasa heads in improving the implementation of P5 at MI Integrated Nurul Amal Parang, these are. 1) The idealized influence of the madrasa head in improving the implementation of P5 is carried out by becoming a role model who can be emulated by his subordinates, having an idealistic and self-confident attitude, with an idealistic attitude the more measurable the vision, mission and goals of the madrasah will be, and the commitment of teachers and employees will increase. 2) Inspirational motivation, the transformational leadership of the madrasa head in improving the implementation of P5 is carried out by providing motivation through inspiring words, giving rewards to teachers and students who excel, positioning themselves as friends and as good role models, building good communication, and being willing to make sacrifices. in carrying out duties and responsibilities as a leader. 3) This is done by giving subordinates the freedom to express opinions and make suggestions so that they feel comfortable. Providing opportunities for teachers to continue learning and continue their education to a higher level in order to increase teacher professionalism and also improve the implementation of P5 in madrasas.
