Program pendidikan berbasis budaya religius merupakan kegiatan yang tidak dapat dipisahkan pada lembaga pendidikan berbasis Islam. Adanya pendidikan berbasis budaya religius dapat meningkatkan mutu lulusan. Salah satu yang meningkat adalah dapat membentuk karakter siswa. Perbaikan karakter bisa ditanamkan melalui pendidikan keagamaan. Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu berusaha untuk menyelaraskan pengetahuan ilmu agama Islam dan juga ilmu umum. Menyelaraskan program dengan manajemen sehingga siswa terbiasa untuk menanamkan jiwa spiritual yang dapat menghasilkan pribadi siswa yang bermutu. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh ketertarikan penulis dalam melihat dari manajemen program pendidikan berbasis budaya religius yang ada di SDIT Al-Hikmah Pulung.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis perencanaan program pendidikan berbasis budaya religius dalam peningkatan mutu lulusan SDIT Al-Hikmah (2) Memaparkan dan menganalisis pelaksanaan program pendidikan berbasis budaya religius dalam peningkatan mutu lulusan SDIT Al-Hikmah (3) Menjelaskan dan menganalisis implikasi program pendidikan berbasis budaya religius dalam peningkatan mutu lulusan SDIT Al-Hikmah.
Untuk menjawab pertanyaan di atas peneliti menggunakan jenis penelitian studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data melalui tahap, pengumpulan data, reduksi data (pemilihan data sesuai tema), penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi.
Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa, (1) Perencanaan program pendidikan berbasis budaya religius SDIT Al-Hikmah Pulung mengacu pada visi dan misi serta tujuan yang telah dirumuskan bersama dan perencanaan program di klasifikasikan berdasarkan jangka waktu panjang, menengah dan pendek. (2) Pelaksanaan program juga diklasifikasikan berdasarkan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, intrakurikuler dan kokurikuler yang diikuti dan diberikan siswa. Kemudian untuk perwujudan pelaksanaannya meliputi pembiasaan senyum, sapa dan salam, pembiasaan saling menghormati, puasa Senin dan Kamis, tadarrus Al-Qur’an, Sholat Dhuha berjamaah dan istigosah serta doa bersama. (3) Implikasi dari adanya program pendidikan berbasis budaya religius yang ada di SDIT Al-Hikmah Pulung adalah dengan meningkatnya karakter siswa. Meningkat dalam aspek akhlaq, amalan dan praktek-praktek keagamaan.

Religious culture-based education programs are activities that cannot be separated from Islamic-based educational institutions. The existence of education based on religious culture can improve the quality of graduates. One thing that has improved is being able to shape student character. Character improvement can be instilled through religious education. The Integrated Islamic Elementary School seeks to harmonize Islamic religious knowledge and general knowledge. Aligning the program with management so that students are accustomed to instilling a spiritual spirit that can produce quality student personalities.
This research was motivated by the author's interest in looking at the management of religious culture-based education programs at SDIT Al-Hikmah Pulung.This research aims to (1) Know and analyze the planning of religious culture-based education programs (2) Know and analyze the implementation of religious culture-based education programs (3) Know and analyze the implications of religious culture-based education programs.
To answer the questions above, the researcher used a case study type of research with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques use interview, observation and documentation techniques. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques go through stages, data collection, data reduction (selection of data according to themes), data presentation, drawing conclusions/verification.
From this research it can be concluded that, (1) The planning of SDIT Al-Hikmah Pulung religious culture-based education program refers to the vision and mission as well as goals that have been formulated together and program planning is classified based on long, medium and short term. (2) Program implementation is also classified based on extracurricular, intracurricular and cocurricular activities that students participate in and provide. Then the realization of its implementation includes the habit of smiling, saying hello and greetings, the habit of respecting each other, fasting on Mondays and Thursdays, tadarrus Al-Qur'an, Dhuha prayers in congregation and istigosah and praying together. (3) The implication of the existence of a religious culture-based education program at SDIT Al-Hikmah Pulung is to improve student character. Increase in aspects of morals, deeds and religious practices.
