Abstract

ABSTRAK
Dalam rangka untuk menjadikan santri memiliki akhlak
yang mulia (prilaku baik) tentunya setiap lembaga akan selalu
mencari cara yang baik dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter
terhadap peserta didik, tak terkecuali lembaga yang sedang
penulis lalukan penelitian. Konteks penelitian didalam tesis ini
adalah terkikisnya moral anak generasi bangsa dipengaruhi
perkembangan akan zaman yang sangat cepat, dampaknya
yaitu menurunnya karakter, yang mana kepribadian yang baik
sedikit-demi sedikit hilang pada dirinya, hal tersebut
disebabkan akan zaman yang semakin maju, akan tapi
nampaknya hal tersebut tidak berlaku untuk Pesantren Wali
Songo Ngabar Ponorogo, karena pesantren tersebut banyak
mengadakan kegiatan dan didalam kegiatan tersebut ada nilainilai karakter yang ditananamkan kepada para santri, hal
tersebut menjadi keutamaan didalam menjalankan akan hidup
yang baik, hal tersebut harus mempunyai pribadi baik pula agar
bisa menghormati dan menghargai manusia lainnya, karena
didalam hubungan sosial adanya adab, akan sopan santun, tata
karama, yang setiap manusia miliki.
Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dan jenis
penelitiannya yaitu deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan
studi kasus. Untuk rumusan masalah dalam tesis ini yaitu: (1)
Bagaimana perencanaan, dan pelaksanaan, serta pengawasan
program Pesantren Wali Songo Ngabar Ponorogo?, (2)
Bagaimana dukungan warga pesantren terhadap pendidikan
karakter Pesantren Wali Songo Ngabar Ponorogo?, (3) Serta
bagaimana dampak perubahan dari pengelolaan pendidikan

karakter santri Pesantren Wali Songo Ngabar Ponorogo?. Tesis
ini memberikan manfaat untuk penulis untuk tambahan
wawasan akan berpikir, sikap yang disertai akan pengalaman,
sebagai pembentukan karakter didalam hidup sosial yaitu
perancang program berguna untuk pembentukan sifat akan
karakter santri.
Berdasarkan hasil yang peneliti temukan dalam penelitian
ini, dapat peneliti ambil kesimpulan sebagai berikut:(1)
Perencanaan, dan pelaksanaan, serta pengawasan program
Pesantren Wali Songo Ngabar Ponorogo dalam menerapkan
pendidikan karakter dengan penanaman nilai-nilai karakter
melalui program kegiatan-kegiatan yang ada di pesantren yang
telah disepakati oleh pimpinan pesantren dan para pengurus
lainnya melalui rapat kerja (Raker), (2) Dukungan warga
pesantren terhadap pendidikan karakter Pesantren Wali Songo
Ngabar Ponorogo yaitu melalui adanya kerja sama yang baik,
diantara guru, masyarakat, dan orang tua atau wali murid,
melalui penerapan kedisiplinan dan mematuhi setiap peraturan
atau kegiatan yang ada di pesantren serta memberikan tauladan
atau contoh yang baik pada lingkungan pesantren, (3) Dampak
perubahan dari pengelolaan pendidikan karakter santri
Pesantren Wali Songo Ngabar Ponorogo yaitu dapat dilihat
dari kepuasan yang dirasakan oleh lembaga dan wali murid, hal
tersebut dibuktikan dengan tingginya tingkat kepercayaan
orang atau wali murid untuk menyekolahlan atau memasukan
putra-putrinya di sekolah tersebut meningkatnya lulusan yang
diterima diperguruan tinggi, dan diterima di masyarakat.

MANAGEMENT OF EDUCATION CHARITY OF
STUDENT IN THE ERA OF GLOBALIZATION
(CASE STUDY IN THE WALI SONGO
ISLAMIC BOARDING SCHOOL
NGABAR PONOROGO)
ABSTRACT
In order to make student have a noble morals (good
behavior) of course any institution will always look for a good
way to inculcate the character values to learners, no longer
extended institution of the authors do research. Research in this
thesis is motivated by the moisturism of the nation of children
nerves influenced by the development of the elderly, so the
shortness of the person or the character is increasingly
disappearing by the age, it will seem to apply to the message
of guonga in the Wali Songo Islamic Boarding School Ngabar
Ponorogo, because the Islamic boarding school many held
activities and in the activities there are values of characters
embedded to the student, as the main source of in the
implementation of the immoral life must have to have
characters that can manize human, so in social activities there
is limit of existence, administrative and courtesy of manners
that must be owned by every human being.
The study employs a qualitative approach, and the type of
research is qualitative descriptive with a case study approach,
for the formula of problems in this thesis is: (1) How are the
planning, and implementation, and activation of the programs
in the Wali Songo Islamic Boarding School Ngabar
Ponorogo?, (2) How do boarding school support this character
education in the Wali Songo Islamic Boarding School Ngabar
Ponorogo?, (3) And how are the effects of thechange from the
managementof the student pesren character education in the
Wali Songo Islamic Boarding School Ngabar Ponorogo?. This

thesis was helpful to the writer in adding insight into the pattern
of thought, and asan attitude with experience asan effort to
establish character within. They generate a social life, which is
to create prorams that are useful for student’s development and
character-building.
From the results of this study the authors concluded that: (1)
Planning, and implementation, and the supervision of the
programs of the guardion of the songwriters the Wali Songo
Islamic Boarding School Ngabar Ponorogo in applying the
character-by-the-service activity through the programs of the
existing activities in the boarding school that has been agreed
by the leaders of the boarding school and the other board (the
Racer), (2) Support the male purseral to the educational work
of the boarding school to the guardian of the guardian of the
first pedoorr of the first and theguarantone, through the
discipline and the administration of the rules or activities of the
exhibition or examples of goods or the exact example of the
boarding school environment, (3) Impact change of education
management of the student character of theguardian of the

or guardian of the student to send in or out to the sons of the
