Abstract
Customer satisfaction as a form of response from education customers to the quality of service from schools. The image of the school becomes the customer's point of view for trust in the school. Parents of class VI at Muhammadiyah 1 Magetan Elementary School as education customers complained to the homeroom teacher who sent the children's learning materials and assignments via WA messages at 07.00 WIB, because the parents had already left for work so the children were delayed doing their assignments. This study aims to determine the significance of the effect of quality educational services through school brand image have an effect on education customer satisfaction in grade 6 SD Muhammadiyah 1 Magetan. The approach used by researchers is quantitative. Based on data analysis, it was found, the quality of education services through the school's brand image has an effect on education customer satisfaction of 77.3% with an R-squared value of 0.773
