Abstract

Mutu pembelajaran merupakan salah satu aspek penilaian yang ada dalam sebuah lembaga pendidikan atau sekolah. Mutu pembelajaran dapat diartikan dengan kualitas atau keunggulan proses pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan oleh pendidik, yang ditandai dengan adanya kualitas lulusan lembaga pendidikan atau sekolah dimana proses pembelajaran yang telah direncanakan sesuai dengan standar dan prosedur untuk mencapai tujuan dan hasil yang memuaskan sesuai dengan apa yang telah ditetapkan. Maka dari itu upaya tersebut perlu didukung dari berbagai pihak sekolah untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran. Adapun faktor-faktor yang memperngaruhi mutu pemebelajaran antara lain disiplin kerja, kinerja, dan kompetensi profesional. Dalam rangka peningkatan kualitas mutu pembelajaran. Penelitian ini perlu dilakukan agar mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh disiplin kerja, kinerja, dan kompetensi professional terhadap mutu pembelajaran di SDN se-kecamatan Nguntoronadi kabupaten Magetan.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya: (1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang signifikan disiplin kerja terhadap mutu pembelajaran di SDN se kecamatan Nguntoronadi. (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang signifikan Kinerja terhadap mutu pembelajaran di SDN se kecamatan Nguntoronadi. (3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang signifikan kompetensi professional terhadap mutu pembelajaran di SDN se kecamatan Nguntoronadi. (4) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang signifikan disiplin kerja, kinerja dan kompetensi profesional terhadap mutu pembelajaran. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Analisis data yang digunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana dan regresi linier berganda. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah guru sejumlah 92 orang dan teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh dengan 92 orang.
Berdasarkan analisis data ditemukan: (1) adanya pengaruh Disiplin kerja (X1) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap mutu pembelajaran (Y) di SDN se kecamatan Nguntoronadi. sebesar 21,5% sementara sisanya 78,5% dipengaruhi oleh kontribusi variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.(2) adanya pengaruh Kinerja Guru (X2) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap mutu pembelajaran (Y) di SDN se kecamatan Nguntoronadi sebesar 32,9% sementara sisanya 67,1% dipengaruhi oleh kontribusi variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. (3) adanya pengaruh Kompetensi profesional guru (X3) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap mutu pembelajaran (Y) di SDN se kecamatan Nguntoronadi. sebesar 23,1% sementara sisanya 76,9% dipengaruhi oleh kontribusi variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.(4) adanya pengaruh Disiplin kerja (X1), Kinerja guru (X2) dan kompetensi profesional guru (X3) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap mutu pembelajaran (Y) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap mutu pembelajaran (Y) di SDN se kecamatan Nguntoronadi. sebesar 45% sementara sisanya 55% dipengaruhi oleh kontribusi variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan disiplin kerja, kinerja guru, dan kompetensi profesional guru yang diterapkan oleh guru mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap mutu pembelajaran.

Abstract
The quality of learning is one aspect of the assessment that exists in an educational institution or school. The quality of learning can be interpreted as the quality or superiority of the learning process carried out by educators, which is characterized by the quality of graduates from educational institutions or schools where the learning process has been planned in accordance with standards and procedures to achieve goals and satisfactory results in accordance with what has been set. Therefore, these efforts need to be supported by various schools to improve the quality of learning. The factors that affect the quality of learning include work discipline, performance, and professional competence. In order to improve the quality of learning quality. This research needs to be carried out in order to find out whether or not there is an influence of work discipline, performance, and professional competence on the quality of learning in public elementary schools in the Nguntoronadi sub-district, Magetan district.
This study aims to determine the existence of: (1) To determine the significant effect of work discipline on the quality of learning in public elementary schools in the Nguntoronadi sub-district. (2) To determine the significant effect of performance on the quality of learning in public schools in the Nguntoronadi sub-district. (3) To determine the significant effect of professional competence on the quality of learning in public schools in the Nguntoronadi sub-district. (4) To determine the significant influence of work discipline, performance and professional competence on the quality of learning. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis used simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression. The population of this study were 92 teachers and the sample technique used was saturated sampling with 92 people.
Based on the data analysis, it was found: (1) the influence of work discipline (X1) has a significant effect on the quality of learning (Y) in public elementary schools in the Nguntoronadi sub-district. of 21.5% while the remaining 78.5% is influenced by the contribution of other variables not examined in this study. (2) the influence of teacher performance (X2) has a significant effect on the quality of learning (Y) in public elementary schools in the Nguntoronadi sub-district of 32 .9% while the remaining 67.1% is influenced by the contribution of other variables not examined in this study. (3) the influence of teacher professional competence (X3) has a significant influence on the quality of learning (Y) in public elementary schools in the Nguntoronadi sub-district. of 23.1% while the remaining 76.9% is influenced by the contribution of other variables not examined in this study. (4) the influence of work discipline (X1), teacher performance (X2) and teacher professional competence (X3) has a significant influence on the quality of learning (Y) has a significant influence on the quality of learning (Y) in SDN throughout the Nguntoronadi sub-district. by 45% while the remaining 55% is influenced by the contribution of other variables not examined in this study. The results of the study show that work discipline, teacher performance, and teacher professional competence applied by teachers have a positive influence on the quality of learning.
