Abstract

ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan manajemen strategik di Yayasan Azmania Ponorogo. Permasalahan tersebut ditunjukkan dalam pelaksanaan langkah-langkah yang mendukung pencapaian visi misi yang belum terlaksana secara maksimal. Pada setiap bagian-bagian yang terlibat dalam 5 pilar Azmania belum mencapai target secara optimal, seperti halnya pada mutu lulusan. Selain itu dalam pelaksanaan Standart Operational Prosedure (SOP), dalam rangka pencapaian visi misi belum sepenuhnya berjalan dengan baik. Adapun faktor yang diduga mempengaruhi implementasi manajemen strategik adalah kinerja SDM dan budaya organisasi.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui signifikansi pengaruh kinerja SDM terhadap implementasi manajemen strategik di Yayasan Azmania Ponorogo Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023; (2) mengetahui signifikansi pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap implementasi manajemen strategik di Yayasan Azmania Ponorogo Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023; (3) mengetahui signifikansi pengaruh kinerja SDM dan budaya organisasi terhadap implementasi manajemen strategik di Yayasan Azmania Ponorogo Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan rancangan ex post facto, terdapat tiga variabel yaitu kinerja SDM (X1), budaya organisasi (X2), dan implementasi manajeme strategik (Y). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru Yayasan Azmania yang berjumlah 43 orang. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitan ini, menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 43 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, dokumentasi, observasi dan wawancara. Sedangkan teknik analisi data menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana dan berganda.
Hasil menunjukkan : (1) Kinerja SDM mampu mempengaruhi implementasi manajemen strategik di Yayasan Azmania Ponorogo. Adapun prosentase pengaruhnya sebesar 12,8%, sedangkan 87,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak termasuk ke dalam model; (2) Budaya organisasi mampu mempengaruhi implementasi manajemen strategik di Yayasan Azmania Ponorogo. Adapun presentase pengaruhnya sebesar 33,4%, sedangkan 66,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak termasuk ke dalam model; (3) Kinerja SDM dan budaya organisasi mampu mempengaruhi implementasi manajemen strategik di Yayasan Azmania Ponorogo. Adapun presetase pengaruhnya sebesar 35,4%, sedangkan 64,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak termasuk dalam model, seperti halnya manajerial dan kebijakan lembaga.

Kata Kunci : Kinerja SDM, Budaya Organisasi, Implementasi Manajemen Strategik.

ABSTRACT

This research is background by strategic management problem in Azmania Ponorogo Institution. These problems are shown in the implementation of steps that support the achievement of the vision and mission that have not been implemented optimally. In each of the sections involved in the 5 pillars of Azmania, they have not reached the target optimally, as has been the case with the quality of graduates. In addition, the implementation of the Standard Operational Procedure (SOP), in order to achieve the vision and mission, has not been fully implemented. The factors that are thought to influence the implementation of strategic management are HR performance and organizational culture.
This study aims to (1) determine the significance of the influence of HR performance on the implementation of strategic management at the Azmania Ponorogo Foundation for the 2022/2023 Academic Year; (2) find out the significance of the influence of organizational culture on the implementation of strategic management at the Azmania Ponorogo Foundation for the 2022/2023 Academic Year; (3) determine the significance of the influence of HR performance and organizational culture on the implementation of strategic management at the Azmania Ponorogo Foundation for the 2022/2023 Academic Year.This study uses a quantitative approach with an ex post facto design, there are three variables, namely HR performance (X1), organizational culture (X2), and strategic management implementation (Y). The population in this study were all Azmania Foundation teachers, totaling 43 people. Sampling in this research, using a saturated sample technique. So that the sample in this study amounted to the same, namely 43 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, documentation, observation and interviews. While the data analysis technique uses simple and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results show: (1) HR performance is able to influence the implementation of strategic management at the Azmania Ponorogo Foundation. The percentage of influence is 12.8%, while 87.2% is influenced by other factors not included in the model; (2) Organizational culture is able to influence the implementation of strategic management at the Azmania Ponorogo Foundation. The percentage of influence is 33.4%, while 66.6% is influenced by other factors not included in the model; (3) HR performance and organizational culture can influence the implementation of strategic management at the Azmania Ponorogo Foundation. The percentage effect is 35.4%, while 64.6% is influenced by other factors not included in the model, such as managerial and institutional policies.
