Abstract

This research is motivated by the anxiety of parents in the Jintap environment. They complained that the attitude of the students was very fluctuating and that they had bad personalities. In this case, MDTA Hidayatul Islam helps to find solutions to their problems. MDTA offers activities that are integrated with the five soul values of the Ma’had to develop the personality of the students
This research includes field research using a qualitative approach. As for data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation.
This study aims to identify and analyze the implementation of personality development, evaluation of personality development and the implications of personality development management at MDTA Hidayatul Islam Jintap Jetis Ponorogo.
The findings obtained in this study are the implementation of personality development through the integration of learning activities, habituation activities and also extracurricular activities. Evaluation of personality development by assessing the learning and monitoring aspects is carried out with synergy between teachers, guardians and the community. The impact of this personality development management provides a transformation of the students' personality changes in a personal form that reflects the five souls of ma’had.
