Fenomena Covid-19 sangat berimbas besar dalam dunia pendidikan di Indonesia, perubahan sistem pembelajaran sangat berpengaruh kepada aspek-aspek budaya mutu sekolah yang ada di lingkungan sekolah, pasalnya sistem pembelajaran baru mengharuskan bergantinya pembelajaran tatap muka menjadi pembelajaran jarak jauh maupun tatap muka dengan batasan dan kuota tertentu, sedangkan dalam implementasi budaya mutu sekolahdiharuskan adanya interaksi antar sesama warga sekolah. Dengan tidak adanya interaksi antar warga sekolah secara tidak langsung budaya mutu sekolah terganggu dan bahkan terhenti, jika budaya mutu sekolah terganggu maka kualitas sekolah juga akan berpengaruh. Seperti halnya budaya mutu sekolah di SMKN 2 Ponorogo ikut terdampak implikasi dari COVID 19 sehingga mengharuskan untuk berinovasi agar budaya sekolah di SMKN 2 Ponorogo tetap berjalan sesuai semestinya.
Tujuandaripenelitianiniuntukmendeskripsikan:(1)Strategi implemetasi pengondisian perilaku dalam budaya mutu sekolah di SMKN 2 Ponorogo pada masa pandemi. (2) Implemetasi pengondisian perilaku dalam budaya mutu sekolah di SMKN 2 Ponorogo pada masa pandemi.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatifdeskriptif.Teknikpengumpulandataberupawawancara,observasi,dandokumentasi. Mengenai teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakankonsep Miles Huberman dengan langkah-langkah reduksi data, penyajian data,dan penarikan kesimpulan. Tahapan-tahapan dalam penelitian berupa tahap pralapangan,tahap pekerjaan lapangan,sertatahapanalisisdata.
Berdasarkan hasilpenelitianmenunjukkanbahwa:(1) Pengondisian perilaku dalam budaya mutu sekolah di SMKN 2 Ponorogo dimasa pandemi menggunakan beberapa strategi yaitu penerapan kebijakan, penggunaan sistem online. Penerapan kebijakan mencakup beberapa hal antara lain: penggunakan SOP, pembiasaan New Normal, perubahan sistem pembelajaran. Penggunaan sistem online mencakup beberapa tindakan yang dilakukan antara lain : penggunaan platform Whatsapp sebagi media interaksi dan sarana pendekatan emosional, penggunaan situs Masterweb sebagai alternatif pemberian hukuman siswa, penilaian sikap siswa di era pandemi. (2) Implementasi pengondisian perilaku dalam budaya mutu sekolah di SMKN 2 Ponorogo di masa pandemi menggunakan 4 sistem pengondisian dan sudah dilakukan sehari-hari khususnya dalam masa pandemi yaitu: Penguatan positif (Positif reinforcement), Penguatan negatif (Negatif reinforcement), Hukuman negative (Negative punishment) , Hukuman Positif (Positif Punishment).

The Covid-19 phenomenon has had a huge impact on the world of education in Indonesia, changes in the learning system greatly affect aspects of the quality culture of schools in the school environment, because the new learning system requires the change of face-to-face learning into distance learning or face-to-face with limitations and limitations. certain quotas, while the implementation of a school quality culture requires interaction between fellow school members. In the absence of interaction between school members, the school quality culture is indirectly disrupted and even stopped, if the school quality culture is disrupted, the school quality will also have an effect. As with the school quality culture at SMKN 2 Ponorogo, the implications of COVID 19 have also been affected, thus requiring innovation so that the school culture at SMKN 2 Ponorogo continues to run as it should.
The purpose of this study is to describe: (1) Strategies for implementing behavioral conditioning in school quality culture at SMKN 2 Ponorogo during the pandemic. (2) Implementation of behavioral conditioning in school quality culture at SMKN 2 Ponorogo during the pandemic. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. Regarding the data analysis technique in this study using the Miles Huberman concept with steps of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The stages in the research are the pre-field stage, the field work stage, and the data analysis stage.
Based on the results of the study, it shows that: (1) Behavioral conditioning in school quality culture at SMKN 2 Ponorogo during the pandemic uses several strategies, namely the application of policies, the use of online systems. The implementation of the policy includes several things, including: the use of SOPs, the New Normal habituation, changes to the learning system. The use of the online system includes several actions taken, including: the use of the Whatsapp platform as an interaction medium and a means of emotional approach, the use of the Masterweb site as an alternative to student punishment, assessment of student attitudes in the pandemic era. (2) Implementation of behavioral conditioning in the school quality culture at SMKN 2 Ponorogo during the pandemic using 4 conditioning systems and has been carried out daily, especially during the pandemic, namely: Positive reinforcement, Negative reinforcement, Negative punishment ,Positif Punishment.
