Abstract
PENGARUH KREATIVITAS, MOTIVASI DAN KEPUASAN KERJA GURU TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS GURU
SEKOLAH DASAR MUHAMMADIYAH TERPADU PONOROGO

ABSTRAK
Produktivitas merupakan kemampuan seseorang untuk unjuk kerja.Sesuai latar belakang yang terjadi di SD Muhammadiyah Terpadu Ponorogo ditemukan permasalahan guru yang mengajar tidak sesuai dengan latar belakang pendidikan yang dimiliki dengan tugas yang diberikan oleh pihak sekolah dan tugas administrasi guru kurang lengkap seperti pengumpulan jurnal mengajar guru yang tidak tepat waktu. Maka hal ini merupakan cerminan produktivitas guru yang rendah. Produktivitas dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor. Faktor yang paling dominan adalah kreativitas yang merupakan kemampuan untuk menciptakan ide baru, kepuasan kerja yang merupakan perasaan seseorang terhadap pekerjaanya dan motivasi yang merupakan keinginan diri seseorang yang menimbulkan dorongan untuk bersemangat dalam mencapai tujuan.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya: (1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang signifikan kreativitas terhadap produktivitas guru di SD Muhammadiyah Terpadu Ponorogo;(2) Untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh yang signifikan motivasi sekolah terhadap produktivitas guru di SD Muhammadiyah Terpadu Ponorogo;(3) Untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh yang signifikan kepuasan kerja terhadap produktivitas guru di SD Muhammadiyah Terpadu Ponorogo; (4) Untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh yang signifikan kreativitas, motivasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap prduktivitas guru di SD Muhammadiyah Terpadu Ponorogo. Pendekatan yang digunakan peneliti ialah pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Analisis data yang digunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana dan regresi linier berganda. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah guru sejumlah 56 orang dan teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh dengan 56 guru.
Berdasarkan analisis data ditemukan: (1) adanya pengaruh kreativitas terhadap produktivitas guru di SD Muhammadiyah Terpadu Ponorogo; (2) adanya pengaruh motivasi terhadap produktivitas guru di SD Muhammadiyah Terpadu Ponorogo; (3) adanya pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap produktivitas guru di SD Muhammadiyah Terpadu Ponorogo dan
(4) adanya pengaruh kreativitas, motivasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap produktivitas guru di SD Muhammadiyah Terpadu.
THE EFFECT OF CREATIVITY, MOTIVATION, DAN WORKING STATISFACTION FOR TEACHERS PRODUCTIVITY OF
SEKOLAH DASAR MUHAMMADIYAH TERPADU PONOROGO

ABSTRACT
Productivity refers to an individual ability to perform. According to the facts happened in SD Muhammadiyah Terpadu Ponorogo, the problem was the teachers’ educational background did not match their assigned teaching duty and the tasks given by the school. Furthermore, the teachers' administrative duties; such as collecting teacher teaching journals time were not done completely. Those were the portrayals of low teachers’ productivity. Productivity is influenced by several factors. The most dominant factor is creativity which is the ability to create new ideas. The next is job satisfaction which refers to the person's feelings towards his work. The last is motivation which refers to the person's own desire that increase the enthusiastic drive in achieving goals.
This study aimed to determine: (1) the significant effect of creativity on teachers’ productivity on SD Muhammadiyah Terpadu Ponorogo; (2) the existence of the significant effect of school’s motivation on teachers’ productivity on SD Muhammadiyah Terpadu Ponorogo; (3) whether there is a significant effect of job satisfaction on teachers’ productivity on SD Muhammadiyah Terpadu Ponorogo. (4) the significant effect of creativity, motivation, and job satisfaction on teachers’ productivity on SD Muhammadiyah Terpadu Ponorogo. The researcher used quantitative approach. The data collection technique was questionnaire. The data analysis used simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regressions. The population of the study was 56 teachers and the sampling technique used was saturated sampling of 56 teachers.
Based on data analysis, it was found that: (1) there was an effect of creativity on teachers’ productivity on SD Muhammadiyah Terpadu Ponorogo; (2) the effect of motivation on teachers’ productivity on SD Muhammadiyah Terpadu Ponorogo,(3) the effect of job satisfaction on teachers’ productivity on SD Muhammadiyah Terpadu Ponorogo and (4) the effect of creativity, motivation, and job satisfaction on teachers’ productivity on SD Muhammadiyah Terpadu.
