Abstract

ABSTRAK
Banyak dari beberapa lembaga pendidikan yang memiliki beberapa masalah diantaranya yaitu factor tentang kurikulum yang terdapat di beberapa lembaga pendidikan. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya terobosan-terobosan baru Satu di antaranya adalah dengan melakukan reorientasi penyelenggaraan pendidikan seperti kurikulum ekstrakurikuler.
Penelitian ini meruapakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan. Rencana awal, pengembilan data menggunakan observasi, namun akibat adanya covid 19 observasi tidak dapat dijalankan. Sehingga peneliti hanya mewawancarai dan mendokumentasi data sekolah.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang digunakan terdiri dari beberapa kegiatan diantaranya yaitu (1) Pembuatan visi, misi dan tujuan terbaru. (2) Mengamati daerah lingkungan sekolah. (3) Megamati lingkungan sekolah. (4) Pembuatan Rencana Ekstrakurikuler. Setelah selesai menyusun strategi, langkah selanjutnya yaitu mengimplemenasi ke dalam bentuk progam – progam ekstrakurikuler. Ekstrakurikuler di kelompokkan menjadi dua bagian yaitu ekstrakurikuler wajib dan ekstrakurikuer pilihan. Selain progam eksrakurikuler, pengimplementasian juga melalui progam pentas seni yang diadakan menjelang tahun ajaran baru.

ABSTRACT
Many several educational institutions have several problems such as the factor about the curriculum in several educational institutions. One of continual improvement is by reorienting the implementation of education such as an extracurricular curriculum.
This research was qualitative research by field research approach. The first plan, the data collection used observation, however, due to the COVID-19, observations could not be carried out. So, the researcher only interviewed and took document school data.
The results of the research showed that the used strategy consisted of several activities such as (1) Creating a new vision, mission, and newest objectives. (2) Observing social environment in the school environment. (3) Observing the school environment. (4) Preparation of extracurricular plan. After completing the strategy, the next step is to implement it into extracurricular programs. Extracurricular activities are dividing into two parts, compulsory extracurricular activities and optional extracurricular activities. Besides, the implementation is also through an art performance program that is held toward new academic year
