Abstract

PENGARUH IKLIM ORGANISASI, KOMITMEN KERJA DAN PERILAKU PEMIMPIN TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI
DI DINAS PENDIDIKAN PONOROGO
DAN KEMENTERIAN AGAMA PONOROGO
ABSTRAK
Kinerja yaitu suatu hasil kerja secara kualitas dan kuantitas yang dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor seperti iklim organisasi, komitmen kerja, dan perilaku pemimpin. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana, regresi linier berganda dan analyisis of covariance (ANCOVA). Dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 110. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu: (1) iklim organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan Ponorogo dan Kementerian Agama Ponorogo. Iklim organisasi berpengaruh berhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 14%. Sedangkan 86% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitan ini. (2) komitmen kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan Ponorogo dan Kementerian Agama Ponorogo. Komitmen kerja berpengaruh berhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 6%. Sedangkan 94% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitan ini. (3) perilaku pemimpin berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja di Dinas Pendidikan Ponorogo dan Kementerian Agama Ponorogo. Perilaku pemimpin, berpengaruh berhadap kinerja pegawai 7,6%. Sedangkan 92,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitan ini. (4) Iklim Organisasi, Komitmen Kerja dan Perilaku Pemimpin berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Iklim organisasi, komitmen kerja dan perilaku pemimpin berpengaruh berhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 22,4%. Sedangkan 77,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitan ini. (5) tidak terdapat perbedaan kinerja pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan Ponorogo dan Kementerian Agama Ponorogo tanpa mempertimbangkan faktor iklim organisasi, komitmen kerja dan perilaku pemimpin. Dengan nilai sig. 0,221 di mana nilai sig. > α 0,05. (6) tidak terdapat perbedaan kinerja pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan Ponorogo dan Kementerian Agama Ponorogo dengan mempertimbangkan faktor iklim organisasi, komitmen kerja dan perilaku pemimpin. Dengan nilai sig. 0,221 di mana nilai sig. > α 0,05.

THE INFLUENCE OF ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATES, WORK COMITMENT AND LEADER’S BEHAVIOR ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT THE EDUCATION OFFICE OF PONOROGO
AND THE MINISTRY OF RELIGIOUS AFFAIR PONOROGO
ABSTRACT
Performance is a product of quality and quantity that is influenced by several factors such as organizational climates, work commitment, and leader’s behavior. This research uses a quantitative approach. Data analysis techniques use simple linear regression, multiple linear regression and analyisis of covariance (ANCOVA). With a total samples 110. The results of this study are: (1) the organizational climates have a significant effect on the performance of employees in the Education Office of Ponorogo and the Ministry of Religious Affair ponorogo. Climate organizations faced influential employee performance of 14%. While 86% were influenced by other factors not discussed in this research. (2) Work commitment shall has a significant effect on the performance of employees in the Ponorogo Education Office and the Ministry of Religious Affair of Ponorogo. Work commitments have an effect on employee performance by 6%. While 94% were influenced by other factors that were not discussed in this research. (3) The leader’s behavior has a significant effect on the performance in the Education Office of Ponorogo and the Ministry of Religious Affair of Ponorogo. The leader’s behavior, influential in dealing with the performance of employees 7.6%. While 92.4% were influenced by other factors not discussed in this research. (4) Organizational Climates, Work Commitment and Leader’s Behavior affect Employee Performance. Organizational climate, work commitment and behavior’s leaders influence employee performance by 22.4%. While 77.6% were influenced by other factors not discussed in this research. (5) There is no differenciation in the performance of employees in the Education Office of Ponorogo and the Ministry of Religious Affair of Ponorogo regardless of factors organizational climates, work commitment and the leader’s behavior. With a sig value. 0.221 where the sig value is. > α 0,05. (6) There is no difference in the performance of employees in the Education Office of Ponorogo and the Ministry of Religious Affair of Ponorogo by considering the factors organizational climates, work commitments and the leader’s behavior. With a sig value. 0.221 where the sig value is. > α 0,05.
