Madrasah Al-Iman is an educational institution that forms a cadre of leaders for the people and provides benefits for the universe, which later hopes can be an example for all humanity. The process of implementing human resource management to improve the competence of service teachers in Al-Iman Madrasah is intended and prevalent for all service teachers as enhancing teacher competencies, especially service teachers.
Starting from the explanation above, the objectives of this research are as follows: (1) How is the process of applying Madrasah management in increasing the competence of service teachers in Madrasas, (2) How are Madrasah efforts to improve the competency of service teachers based on the management of human resources that are applied at Madrasas, (3) How are the results of Madrasah efforts in improving the competency of service teachers through human resource management applied in Madrasas, (4) How is the evaluation process of the results of the application of human resource management in an effort to improve the competency of service teachers in Madrasah Al-Iman Ponorogo.
To answer the above problems, this research uses a qualitative approach to the type of case study. Data collection
