Abstract

ABSTRACT
The research aims to find the strategies used by SMPIT in developing schools through Al-Qur'an's tahfidz learning program. How is the formulation, implementation, and evaluation of the Tahfidz learning program strategy in the medium and short term. Researchers use a qualitative approach, a type of case study research. The location is at SMPIT Darut Taqwa Pintu Jenangan Ponorogo. Data collection procedures using interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it was explained that the researcher could conclude the following results: In planning the Tahfidz strategy things that must be considered are; diagnose the needs of students, formulate goals, choose the contents of the material, organize the material, choose the learning experience, organize learning experiences, learning experiences are packaged into the packages of activities of the Tahfidz Al-Qur'an learning program. Halaqoh learning strategies and evaluation strategies. The method used by SMPIT does not have a specific method, in memorization and the techniques used are muroja'ah and are as safe. Context evaluation shows that the goal has been achieved with many students who are enthusiastic about memorizing the Qur'an and the support of the school for the Al-Qur'an's tahfidz learning program is good. Evaluation of input The institute has conducted a placement test at the time of admission of new students to determine the initial abilities of their students. Process evaluation shows that the activities that have been carried out are on schedule. Product evaluations show that the majority of students who take part in regular programs from grades VII, VIII and IX achieve their memorization targets.
