Abstract

(Studi Kasus di Laznas Yatim Mandiri Madiun)
ABSTRAK
Tulisan ini membahas tentang manajemen sumber daya manusia untuk meningkatkan kemandirian guru di LAZNAS Yatim Mandiri Madiun. Sanggar LAZNAS Yatim Mandiri berdiri dengan tujuan memandirikan anak yatim dan dhuafa. Upaya yang dilakukan lembaga untuk memandirikan anak yatim dan dhuafa yaitu dengan mengrekrut guru-guru yang mandiri dengan melihat SDM guru melalui seleksi, training, dan program-program yang dilakukan lembaga. Penulis akan membahas tiga pokok permasalahan dalam tesisi ini, adalah pertama, Bagaimana perencanaan manajemen sumber daya manusia meningkatkan kemandirian guru di LAZNAS yatim mandiri Madiun? Kedua, Bagaimana pelaksanaan manajemen sumber daya manusia meningkatkan kemandirian guru di LAZNAS yatim mandiri Madiun? Ketiga, Bagaimana evaluasi manajemen sumber daya manusia meningkatkan kemandirian guru di LAZNAS yatim mandiri Madiun?. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data menggunakan langkah-langkah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) perencanaan analisis pekerjaan, perencanaan rekrutmen, perencanaan seleksi, perencanaan training, perencanaan pembinaan, perencanaan penilaian kinerja, perencanaan kompensasi, perencanaan pemberhentian kerja. (2)melaksanakan analisis pekerjaan, rekrutmen, seleksi, training, pembinaan, penilaian kinerja, kompensasi pemberhentian kerja. (3) Evaluasi analisis pekerjaan, rekrutmen, seleksi, training, pembinaan, penilaian kinerja, kompensasi pemberhentian kerja.  
HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT TO IMPROVE TEACHER INDEPENDENCE
(Case Study in Mandiri National Orphanage Madiun)
ABSTRACT
This paper discusses human resource management to improve teacher independence in LAZNAS Yatim Mandiri Madiun. LAZNAS Yatim Mandiri Studio was established with the aim of independence of orphans and poor people. The efforts made by the institute to establish orphans and the underprivileged are by recruiting independent teachers by looking at teacher human resources through selection, training, and programs carried out by the institution. In this thesis the author will discuss three main issues, namely, first, How does human resource management planning improve teacher independence in LAZNAS orphan Madiun independently? Second, how does the implementation of human resource management improve the independence of teachers in LAZNAS Madiun orphans independently? Third, how does the evaluation of human resource management improve the independence of teachers in LAZNAS orphan Madiun Mandiri ?. This type of research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. Data is collected through interview, observation and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique uses steps of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that: (1) planning increases the independence of the first teacher recruitment of employees, the second conduct training, and plan teacher training programs. (2) employee recruitment has been carried out when the position of the teacher is vacant, selection with academic tests, Al-Qur'an reading test, interview test, and also micro test, training has been carried out for one month to see the skills of teachers, training programs and training has been carried out . (3) Evaluation is carried out twice a year, that is, every month and once a year.
